| AUGUSTA COUNTRY CLUB 706-738-2735 From Aiken: Take US Highway 1 to Augusta. Cross the Savannah River. Turn right onto Walton Way. Continue past University Hospital; cross 15th Street. Proceed on Walton Way to top of hill. Turn right on Milledge. Augusta Country Club is about ½ mile down Milledge on left (watch for stone wall). OR Instead of Walton Way, turn off on the Broad Street exit around end of bridge. Turn right and stay on Broad Street. Turn left on Milledge. Augusta Country Club is about ½ mile up Milledge on right (watch for stone wall). FERMATA CLUB 803-648-5673 From I-20: I-20 to Exit 5 (Route 25). Right at top of ramp. Go about ¾ mile to next light and turn left onto Ascauga Lake Rd. Go about 1 ½ miles and turn right onto Sudlow Lake Rd. Follow Sudlow Lake Rd. to Aiken-Augusta Highway (US Highway 1), which is the first light, and turn left. Proceed on Highway 1. Go to Route 118. At Route 118 (Hitchcock Parkway) (Jeep/Chrysler dealer on left, Texaco on right), turn right. Go about 5 miles to intersection with Silver Bluff Road (at Blockbuster Video); turn left onto Silver Bluff. At next light turn left onto Whiskey Road. Go ½ mile; Fermata will be on the left as road curves to left. THE CLUB AT RAES CREEK 706-738-4122 From I-20: I-20 to Bobby Jones (I-520) exit East to Wheeler Road. At Wheeler Rd. exit turn right; stay on Wheeler Rd. until Walton Way Extension. Turn right, then at the next light turn left onto Walton Way. Take the second street (West Lake Forest Drive) to the right. Take the third street (Kerry Place) to the right. At the end, turn left. Turn right at the next street. At the stop sign, turn left, then immediately right into the club parking lot. OR From US Highway 1: Turn right onto Walton Way. Stay on Walton Way through town. After you pass a small pond on the left side of the street, take the third street (West Lake Forest Drive) to the left. Take the third street (Kerry Place) to the right. At the end, turn left. Go about ¾ mile to next light and turn left onto Ascauga Lake Rd. Go about 1 ½ miles and turn right onto Sudlow Lake Rd. Follow Sudlow Lake Rd. to Aiken-Augusta Highway (US Highway 1), which is the first light and turn left. Proceed on Highway 1. Go to Route 118. Turn right on Route 118 (Hitchcock Parkway) (Jeep/Chrysler dealer on left, Texaco on right). Go through intersection with Silver Bluff Road (at Blockbuster Video) and through the intersection at Whiskey Rd. (Hwy. 19) at Wendy’s & McDonalds. Take next left onto Two Notch Rd. (there will be a turning lane). Courts will be on left (about ¼ mile). PETERSBURG RACQUET CLUB 706-860-9288 From Aiken: Exit I-20 at River Watch Parkway. Turn right onto River Watch; go to the 2nd light and turn right onto Fury’s Ferry Rd. Continue to 2nd light and turn left onto The Pass. Turn left onto Cedar Rock. Go to top of hill, large parking lot and courts on right. WEST LAKE COUNTRY CLUB 706-863-4018 From Aiken: Exit I-20 at River Watch Parkway. Turn right onto River Watch. Take a right at next light onto Stevens Creek Rd. Go 2.5 miles. At crest of hill, turn left into West Lake. Stop at gate and ask for a tennis pass. Go to stop sign and turn left. Follow road to courts on right. WOODSIDE PLANTATION COUNTRY CLUB 803-641-7974 From I-20: I-20 to Exit 5 (Route 25). Right at top of ramp. Go about ¾ mile to next light and turn left onto Ascauga Lake Rd. Go about 1 ½ miles and turn right onto Sudlow Lake Rd. Stay on Silver Bluff. Woodside Plantation is on left after Woodside Executive Park. Stop at gate and ask for a tennis pass (you will need to give them your name). Go to stop sign and turn left. Follow Woodside Plantation Drive to Clubhouse/Tennis Courts on right. |
