CSRA WTL By-Law, Page 4, VI. LEAGUE RULES, G. "If the home team is unable to provide its home courts for any scheduled meet, the visiting team has the first option of providing its home courts. If the visiting team does not wish to provide its home courts, the responsibility for providing courts reverts to the home team." Please Note: If you are the home team and are only able to provide 4 courts for your home match, then the visiting team is to be given the option of providing the additional 2/1 courts at their facility (the home team must play these matches at the visiting teams facility if courts are available). However, if the visiting team is unable to accommodate or declines providing the additional courts needed, then the home team must find alternate courts for play. |

| The Captains Meeting for the Fall 2008 season has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. Odell Weeks Activities Center in Aiken, South Carolina (Room 1--Main Building not the Tennis Center) Additional information will be e-mailed to the Captains/Co-Captains on record at a later date. If you will no longer be Captain/Co-Captain you may use the "Contact Us" below to report this change. Please provide the name, e-mail address, and telephone number of your replacement. If you do not provide the name of your replacement you will remain on the e-mail listing until a new captain is named. Deadline to add a team for the Fall 2008 season is Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Noon!! |
